Membership Application Form:

Membership in the Waterbury Neighborhood Association is voluntary. Dues are: $25 Family/Household; $20 Single Membership; $20 Senior Family; $10 Nonresident/Former Resident. The dues support the WNA's newsletter which is published quarterly, and covers the cost of renting space for the quarterly General Membership Meetings.

All neighborhood residents are encouraged to join and participate in one of the most active neighborhood associations in the Des Moines metro area.
